How we work

A two-week assessment, then a proven playbook

Every engagement starts by understanding the program as it really is. Then we run a steady rhythm that keeps leadership informed and the work on track.

Engagement steps

Weeks 1–2

Assessment

We review scope, plan, budget, team, vendors and risks, interview stakeholders, and give you a plain-English read-out: where the program stands and what it will take to land it.

Step 1

Plan & baseline

An integrated plan with milestones, owners, dependencies and a baseline that leadership signs off on, so progress can be measured honestly.

Step 2

Weekly status & risk

A consistent weekly report covering progress against the baseline, top risks and issues, decisions needed, and what changed. No surprises.

Step 3

Monthly executive review

A short, decision-focused session with sponsors on schedule, budget, value and the calls only leadership can make.

Step 4

Clean handoff

Documentation, lessons learned and a transition plan, so your team owns the result when we step back.

Why the rhythm matters

Discipline you can see

PMI’s 2025 research found that projects adhere to budget about 68–73% of the time and to schedule about 59–63%.1 A fixed rhythm of baselines, weekly risk reviews and executive decisions is how we push a program toward the right side of those numbers.
