About
Part of the Wadia Group of Companies
Wadia Enterprise Delivery brings senior delivery leadership to large enterprises, backed by the shared services and sister companies of the Wadia Group.
Who we are
Senior leaders
Our engagements are led by delivery leaders with deep enterprise program experience, people who have run large, multi-vendor programs and know what slipping looks like early.
Wadia shared services
Recruiting, HR, finance and operations come from the Wadia Group’s shared-services team, so our leaders spend their time on delivery.
Sister companies
We work alongside Wadia sister companies such as Landed (opens in new tab) (managed projects for MSPs) and MarginKeel (opens in new tab) (profit operations for agencies).
What we believe
Plain talk, steady delivery
- Tell leadership the truth about status, early
- Measure against a baseline everyone agreed to
- Hire ahead of need, but only against signed work
- Leave clients stronger than we found them
Have a program that has to land?
Tell us what you’re delivering and where it stands. We’ll tell you plainly whether and how we can help.
